Penn Highlands Blair is our newest addition. Located in the Logan Valley Mall, our Blair Center offers a variety of academic programs to choose from. The recent expansion of this location includes five classrooms, one science lab, one computer lab, a student services area, and several comfortable areas for lounging or individual study.
Students who attend the Penn Highlands Blair Center are also able to take advantage of the many resources available at our Richland Campus. These resources include the Library, Student Success Center, Financial Aid, and more.
