How and Where You Will Study
Students can enroll in this program in three ways.
- Asynchronous Accelerated Online Program: Enjoy the flexibility of our 100% asynchronous online format, which allows you to complete your coursework independently and on your schedule, as they do not meet at set times. Our accelerated 6- or 7-week sessions run year-round, enabling you to focus on fewer courses at a time while finishing your program faster. All coursework is managed through Brightspace, with structured deadlines to keep you on track.
- In-Person Accelerated at the Somerset Center: Students attend classes in person, usually twice a week in the evening. Instead of a traditional 15-week semester, courses are held in accelerated 6- or 7-week sessions year-round. This format allows students to progress faster by focusing on fewer subjects at a time.
- Virtual (ZOOM) Accelerated Program in Centre County: Students typically attend classes via video conference at our Centre County location two evenings per week. Rather than a traditional 15-week semester, classes are held year-round in accelerated 6- or 7-week sessions. This format allows you to progress more quickly by focusing on fewer courses at once.
