Complete this application if you plan to enroll in a degree or certificate program for career preparation, or if you intend to transfer to a four-year college or university. This application is for current high school seniors and individuals who have earned a high school diploma or GED.
Note: Core students intend to enroll in an academic program and may qualify to receive federal and/or state financial aid upon FAFSA completion.
Guest Student Application
Complete this application if you are taking courses to meet prerequisites, completing make-up coursework for another college or university, or for personal enrichment.
Note: Guest students do not intend to enroll in an academic program and are ineligible to receive federal or state financial for courses taken at Penn Highlands.
Police Academy Application
