Introduction to Modern Calligraphy
In this intro class, you’ll learn the basics to the beautiful art of modern (brush) calligraphy. No experience is required, and you don’t even need to like your own handwriting. With little practice, anyone can learn brush lettering. This class will break down the fundamentals and basic strokes necessary to correctly use brush pens and how to combine them to elegantly write letters, words & techniques.

Bounce & Flourish Calligraphy
In this intermediate course, we’ll use both large and small brush pens and explore how to add pizzazz to your lettering by using flourishes and bounce to create your own personal lettering style. Bring along your favorite quote, title, or phrase to letter. Prerequisite – Introduction to Modern Calligraphy

Watercolor Calligraphy
Want to add some color to your brush pen calligraphy? In this course we’ll use a paint brush and watercolors to create backgrounds and letter to your favorite quote, title, or phrase. You’ll leave this class with several pieces suitable for framing! Prerequisite – Introduction to Modern Calligraphy

Cricut “Modge Podge” Make and Take
Want to have fun with other Cricut crafters? Then this might be the class for you. In this class, you will be doing a “make and take” project using all the skills you have learned, and choosing whatever leftover supplies you want to craft with! Everything that is left over from the 2025-2026 Cricut classes will be available for the taking and creating during class! Come and let your creativity run free!
