On October 29, 2010, the United States Department of Education published new regulations requiring educational institutions that participate in the student financial assistance programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, to disclose certain information about their Title IV-eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE Programs). The premise being to increase accountability and transparency for those programs. At Penn Highlands, the following programs fall under the GE gainful employment regulations. The estimated cost of attendance, program information, graduate data and career opportunities are provided therein.
