Yoga for All of Us – Philosophy and Meditation for Real Life
Yoga can be accessed by anyone, no matter your physical abilities, religious beliefs, or situation in life. This introduction to Yoga includes the basics of yoga philosophy, asana (movements and postures), and meditation techniques that fit YOU. This class provides the perfect place to start if you have never attended a class, and helps to explore the beginnings of what yoga is to you on and off the mat. NOTE: The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice Book by Deborah Adele is recommended, but not required.
