Learn the difference between practicing self-care and just doing things to escape for a minute. Is grabbing a cup of coffee and hiding in your car for 15 minutes self-care? What about reading a good book for 15 minutes? Join us to share your thoughts!
Wellness Wednesday virtual meetings are available to students, faculty, and staff. We are all in this together and can all benefit from focusing on our overall health and wellness.
