Program-to-Program Articulation Agreements
A program-to-program articulation is an agreement between two schools that provides a pathway for students to move from a specific associate degree program to a specific bachelor degree program. Students looking forward to one of the listed degree opportunities may wish to consider using the appropriate Pennsylvania Highlands Community College degree as a stepping-stone to achieve that goal.

General Transfer Agreements
A general articulation is simply a formal agreement between two schools to assist each other’s students in the transfer process between the institutions. Although these are formalized agreements, most institutions of higher education strive to make the transfer process as simple as possible and are willing to accept the credits of any other accredited institution of higher education, although not all credits may necessarily apply to any given degree program.
