The Registrar's Office at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College is responsible for
your academic records. The staff will be happy to assist you with registration, transcript needs and proof of enrollment.
All transcript requests must be in writing and have the student's signature. Transcript requests are processed and mailed within 2 business days of receipt. Fax service is available for unofficial transcripts only.
All degree verifications and third party enrollment verifications must be processed
through the National Student Clearinghouse at www.studentclearinghouse.org or by
calling 703.742.4200. Enrollment verifications needed by the student may be obtained
two weeks before the semester begins.
Graduation application deadlines are as follows:

The Registrar's Office is also responsible for adhering to the academic policies of the college. Academic policies are set forth by the Faculty Senate, approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs and finally by the College President. Academic warning, probation and suspension are among the many policies applied to your academic record. Please refer to

Rights and Privacy Act
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act was designated to protect the privacy of educational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their education records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal and formal hearings. Students also have the right to file complaints with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Office (FERPA) concerning alleged failures by the institution to comply with the Act.
