Pennsylvania Highlands is proud to offer public safety coursework as part of a cooperative approach to emergency preparedness and response.  The College, in partnership with Southern Alleghenies EMS Council, Inc., provides training in emergency medical services, including First Responder and Emergency Medical Technician-Bridge programs.   Pennsylvania Highlands is also an Educational Training Agency under the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy’s system, which enables us to offer the entirety of the Academy’s Local Level Fire Training Curriculum.
