Welcome to Veterans History Project for Cambria County

The Pennsylvania Highlands Community College is an official partner for the Veterans History Project. The Veterans History Project was designed to preserve the histories of American veterans and civilians who were involved in World War I, World War II, and the Korean, Vietnam, and Persian Gulf Wars. It will preserve the stories of all men and women (military and civilian) who were affiliated with the wars.

This is a project of the American Folklife Center in the Library of Congress that encourages war veteran's; their families, veteran groups, community groups, and students to audio and videotape the memories of veterans' time in the service.

For information on how to participate explore the links above.
