Electronic books can be accessed at the following web sites:

	To search for electronic books try NetLibrary. Titles in NetLibrary are also available by searching the Access Pennsylvania database.(NetLibrary is unavailable off campus)			Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Digital Library contains electronic resources on the Great Johnstown Flood of 1889, the Veterans History Project, and Oral Histories.

If the College Library does not have the book you need, it can be requested for you from another library through Interlibrary Loan or through the Reciprocal Borrowing Program.

Interlibrary Loan: To request a book from another library complete this Interlibrary Loan form and drop it off at either the Main Library or the North Education Center Library. Interlibrary Loan books can take between 7 to 10 business days to receive.

Reciprocal Borrowing Program:

The Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Library also has two programs that enable you to borrow books directly from the following academic libraries in the area.

• Students with a vaild PHCC Student ID may borrow books directly from St. Francis University or Mount Aloysius College.
• Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Penn State-Altoona and Westmoreland County Community College will also allow students to borrow books, but each will require a Palinet Reciprocal Borrowing form be filled out.
