Electronic books can be accessed at the following web sites:

To search for electronic books try NetLibrary. Titles in NetLibrary are also available by searching the Access Pennsylvania database.(NetLibrary is unavailable off campus)   Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Digital Library contains electronic resources on the Great Johnstown Flood of 1889, the Veterans History Project, and Oral Histories.

If the College Library does not have the book you need, it can be requested for you from another library through Interlibrary Loan or through the Reciprocal Borrowing Program.

Interlibrary Loan: To request a book from another library complete this Interlibrary Loan form and drop it off at either the Main Library or the North Education Center Library. Interlibrary Loan books can take between 7 to 10 business days to receive.
