Submission Guidelines

The content contained on the pages of the Cambria City Churches Digital Library Project (CCCDLP) is dynamic and may be added to anytime additional information or donations of information are made available.

Anyone can contribute to the content of these pages by providing materials related to the history of the churches. Since many of these churches have been in existence for over 100 years, there is a lot of history to be gathered. Items that would be suitable for inclusion on these pages include: photographs of church events or church activities (ex. marriages, baptisms, communions, confirmations, church picnics, funerals, etc.), jubilee books, commemorative flyers or brochures, newspaper clippings, items related to the church schools and even oral histories from parishioners who have been longtime church members and which to share their stories.

Materials may be contributed in three ways:

1) Members may donate unwanted items to the Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Library at which time they will be digitized for inclusion on the CCCDLP web pages and then  housed in the local history collection at the College.

2) Members may loan the College Library materials to be digitized after which they will be returned to the donor.

3) Donors may submit items already in digital format for inclusion in the digital library.
