Working in close consultation with their faculty and staff colleagues, the Associate Deans of Instruction provide direction in -- and support for -- the development, implementation, and quality assurance of credit courses and programs at the College.

The Associate Dean for Faculty Development is responsible for hiring, supervision, evaluation, professional development, and support for full-time and adjunct (part-time) faculty.  The Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning works closely with faculty for curriculum development, course scheduling, learning outcomes assessment, course/program review, student graduation audits, and transfer and life experience credit evaluation.
