Course Compass is a class specific, online learning environment, hosted on Jenzabar E-Racer. Course Compass differs from E-Racer in that it contains materials supplied directly from the textbook publisher. The Course Compass system is delivered via the Internet and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any Internet accessible computer. Through Course Compass, instructors can provide students with course materials such as the course syllabus and class handouts, discussion boards, virtual chat sessions, online quizzes that can be automatically graded with results immediately provided to students, library resources in collaboration with Pennsylvania Highlands Community College library personnel, as well as an online gradebook so students and instructors can track assignment scores.
