Cake Decorating [ZFS 001]

Students will learn the basic skills required to create beautifully decorated cakes, cupcakes and cookies for all of their special occasions.  Learn how to prepare a cake, use the decorating tips and have some fun from a beginner’s point of view. Cost of materials is
extra and a list will be provided at the first class (estimated cost: $20).

Beer Appreciation – The “Ales” [ZFS 002]

So many beers to choose from today! What’s a Belgian Brown Ale supposed to taste like, anyway?  Good news! – There is a system!  Come and learn what the different styles of “ales” are all about. We’ll taste a number of classic beer styles, and learn how to anticipate what’s in the bottle by knowing how to read the label.  Bring your curious palate!  Must be 21 years of age to attend.  ID will be checked in class.
